How can I pay for my order?

Ziggy Belle accepts payments by Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. 

I wish to pay for my order in installments. How can I do that?

Why are the items in my order arriving separately?

The products listed on Ziggy Belle are stored at different warehouses throughout Australia.

I ordered my product ages ago, where is it?

Most of our products will be with you within 5-8 days of placing your order. If you do not receive your items within this timeframe please contact us so we can investigate.

Why can't I view my tracking information?

The tracking information provided may take 24-48 hours to show up. This is due to the time it takes for an order to be packaged up and sent to the postal facility for scanning. If you ordered more than a week ago and your tracking number is showing an error or not showing up at all please see the Order Tracking Information page for more information about how to track your parcel manually. If you are still have issues viewing your tracking information please get in contact with us.

You are based in the Sunshine Coast, why is my order coming from Brisbane?

Ziggy Belle is a proud Sunshine Coast business, however warehousing & logistics are handled elsewhere. Our products are stored in a warehouse in Brisbane. We also have products available on our site that are stored in a warehouse in Melbourne.

I haven't received an Order Confirmation where is it?

Ziggy Belle has an automated system set up to send you an Order Confirmation as soon as you place your order. You will then receive a notification when your item is prepared and ready to be shipped with tracking details. If you have not received either of these emails please check your spam folder & that you have provided us with the correct email address.

I changed my mind. Can I apply for a refund?

Once your order has been processed and shipped you are no longer able to apply for a refund. Please see our refund policy for further information about refunds.
