How can I pay for my order?

Ziggy Belle accepts payments by Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

Why are the items in my order arriving separately?

The products listed on Ziggy Belle are stored at different warehouses. Some products are stored in warehouses in Australia and some are stored in warehouses overseas. The product listing will tell you if your item is Australia or Internationally based and what the estimated delivery times will be.

I ordered my product ages ago, where is it?

Most of our Australian based products will be with you within 5-8 days of placing your order. The products that are coming from overseas vary but usually there is a 5 day processing and 13-20 business day delivery timeframe. There are instances when packages from overseas may get held up due to customs issues. Please be assured however that we have systems in place to check on the delivery of your items. If we notice that your delivery is taking longer than it should we will be in contact with you to let you know. 

Why can't I view my tracking information?

The tracking information provided may take a couple of days to show up. This is due to the time it takes for an order to be packaged up and sent to the postal facility for scanning.
If you ordered more than a week ago and your tracking number is showing an error or not showing up at all please see the Order Tracking Information page for more information about how to track your parcel manually. 

You are based in the Sunshine Coast, why is my order coming from overseas?

Ziggy Belle is a proud Sunshine Coast business. We have a wide variety of products on our website to enable Cat Owners the ability to purchase everything they need for their fur babies. We have many Australian products already available and we plan to expand these in the future.
As a lot of products are made in China it helps to keep the cost down for our customers by sourcing these products; especially bulky ones, directly from warehouses in China. It's a win win situation as they offer free shipping too.

I haven't received an Order Confirmation where is it?

Ziggy Belle has an automated system set up to send you an Order Confirmation as soon as you place your order. You will then receive a notification when your item is prepared and ready to be shipped with tracking details. 

If you have not received either of these emails please check your spam folder & that you have provided us with the correct email address.

I no longer wish to wait for my order can I apply for a refund?

Once your order has been processed and shipped you are no longer able to apply for a refund. If your order has somehow gone missing or is lost in transit then Ziggy Belle are able to investigate the possibility of a refund.
